Commercial Office Administrator
The successful candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, a professional telephone manner, strong IT skills and the ability to work well both on your own and as part of a team. They will also have the ability to deal with rapidly changing commercial and logistics situations in an efficient and proactive manner.
The role will include processing and distributing Sales (UK & Export) and Purchase orders and all associated paperwork, scheduling transport of outgoing finished goods and incoming raw materials and liaising closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
You would also administer the Esseco Group UK Agency sales, which involves liaising with Esseco Group companies and provide administrative support to the HR function.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
