Ammonium Formate Propionate Solution is a clear, near colourless liquid manufactured by reacting ammonia solution with formic acid and propionic acid.
This material is typically supplied in bulk tankers for use as an acid based eubiotic in poultry feeds.

This product contains approximately 50% ammonium formate, 20% ammonium propionate and 6% free acid (expressed as formic acid).
Completely miscible with water.
Appearance: colourless to yellow liquid
Specific gravity (20°C): 1.130 ± 0.005
pH (20°C, neat): 5.5 ± 0.1
The product is tested using our standard analytical methods.
